| Troop 399 holds regular troop meetings throughout the year. Troop meetings usually consist of an opening ceremony, skill review, patrol meeting, advancement session and game. The Patrol Leader's Council creates meeting plans for each week that include scouts of all rank and ability. Scoutmaster conferences and Boards of Review are offered at all meetings. Sign ups for troop trips, fundraisers and events take place at the meetings. |

| Patrol Leader's Council meetings are what make all of Troop 399's success and activities begin. A collection of the Senior patrol, patrol leaders and important troop positions plan out weekly meetings and set schedules for campouts. All members of the P.L.C. are trained for their respective positions. |

| The backbone of Troop 399, the committee is responsible for overseeing all decisions made by the P.L.C. as well as address financial duties. The troop committee is made of all four scoutmasters and assistants, the committee chairman, treasurer and secretary. Minutes from each committee meeting are taken by the secretary and are posted on the troop website. |
