THE FIRST YEARS AT CAMP

Camp Yawgoog has a lot of neat Merit Badges and Activities designed to help first year scouts reach the rank of First Class.  Besides Merit Badges and all of the other activities that you will do with your troop, there is a special program designed just for first years.  The New Frontier Centers were made for the purpose of fulfilling rank requirements to reach Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class ranks.  The New Frontier Centers will teach you all the skills needed for each requirement to be signed off by someone in the troop.  You can pick and choose what sessions you want to attend according to the requirements you need.  Take a look at the schedule and start planning how you will make a rank advancement or two at camp.
